External Pay and Billing Fields added to Premiums, Diary Events and Hour Types

An External Pay Code field and an External Billing Code field have been added to various screens. They have been added onto the following screens:

• Admin | Finance | Post Pay | Hour Types (in addition to Pay Code and Bill Code)
• Admin | General | Other Settings | Diary Events (in addition to Pay Code and Bill Code)
• Admin | Finance | Pay/Bill Settings | Premiums (in addition to Premium/HED Number)

This has been done to enable some customers to export their information to external systems, where the pay/bill codes are greater in length than the original ten characters. With this enhancement, up to 50 characters can be used for either/both the External Pay Code and External Bill Code.
