New Help Desk Task List

The Help Desk Task List page, has been modified in terms of the various controls to take up less screen space:

• Selecting the ^ next to new search bar will save more space by hiding the search bar in it’s entirety,
• A new Configure Grid option has been added to the screen. when selected, it loads a Task List Configure Grid pop up window that allows the user to select how the grid view should look in terms of column order and which columns to show.
• Finally, a Show Escalations filter has been added. Any Tier 1 tasks that have been approved, that have a subsequent Tier 2 Escalation Group are shown when this filter is enabled. In the grid view of the screen, they are indicated in italics with a small bell icon next to them.
